'Fs clay app' (hereinafter referred to as "we") establishes the following privacy policy regarding the handling of users' personal information in the smartphone application "Life tool" (hereinafter referred to as "this application").

This application collects the following information:

• Ad Display: Information for ad delivery by AdMob (Please refer to Google's privacy policy for details)

• Drawing Function: Information such as IP addresses is recorded only when inappropriate drawing is reported.

* The news function downloads news information.

### 1.2 Protection of Notepad Data

• All data created using the notepad function is saved to local storage on your device.
• Note data, including password-protected notes, is never sent to external servers.
• Data management and protection are the user's responsibility.

### 1.3 Purpose of Information Use

The collected information will be used only for the following purposes:

• Service provision and improvement

• Investigation and response to violations of terms of service

• Ad delivery

### 1.4 Sharing Information with Third Parties

The collected information will not be shared with third parties except in the following cases:

• With the user's consent

• When disclosure is required by law

• To advertising providers (Google AdMob)

• お絵描き機能：不適切な描画の通報があった場合のみ、IPアドレス等の情報を記録

* ニュース機能ではニュース情報のダウンロードを行います。

• メモ帳機能で作成されたデータは、すべてお使いのデバイス内のローカルストレージに保存されます
• パスワード付きメモを含め、メモのデータが外部サーバーに送信されることは一切ありません
• データの管理と保護は、ユーザーご自身の責任となります

### 1.3 情報の利用目的

収集した情報は、以下の目的でのみ使用します：

• サービスの提供と改善
• 規約違反の調査および対応
