本アプリ'Lifr Tool'（以下「当アプリ」）をご利用いただく前に、以下の利用規約（以下「本規約」）をよくお読みください。当アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

## 1. サービス内容

当アプリは、以下の機能を提供する生活支援アプリケーションです：

- ニュース閲覧機能
- メモ帳機能
- スケジュール管理機能
- 電卓機能
- ネットワークお絵描き機能
- その他の便利ツール

## 2. 利用条件

### 2.1 基本的な利用条件

- 当アプリは無料でご利用いただけます
- インターネット接続が必要な機能があります
- 13歳未満の方は保護者の同意が必要です

### 2.2 禁止事項

当アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を禁止します：

1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
2. 犯罪行為に関連する行為
3. 他のユーザーや第三者の権利を侵害する行為
4. 他のユーザーや第三者に不快感を与える行為
5. 虚偽の情報を登録または送信する行為
6. 当アプリのサーバーやネットワークに過度な負荷をかける行為
7. 当アプリの運営を妨害する行為
8. 不正アクセスやこれに類する行為
9. その他、当アプリの運営者が不適切と判断する行為

## 3. ネットワークお絵描き機能の利用ガイドライン

### 3.1 お絵描き機能について

ネットワークお絵描き機能は、複数のユーザーが共有キャンバスに自由に描画できる機能です。この機能を利用する際は、以下のガイドラインを遵守してください。

### 3.2 描画内容に関する禁止事項

以下の内容を描画することを禁止します：

• 公序良俗に反する描画
• 攻撃的な言葉、差別的表現を含むもの
• 個人情報に関わる内容を含むもの
• 性的表現を含む内容のあるもの
• 違法行為の助長
• 商業・広告目的のもの
• 他のユーザーに不快感を与える描画
• キャンバス全体を塗りつぶすなど、他のユーザーの利用を妨げる行為
• その他、運営者が不適切と判断する内容

### 3.3 お絵描き機能の安全対策

当アプリでは、安全な利用環境を維持するため、以下の対策を実施しています：

1. **ユーザー投票機能**
- 不適切な描画に対して、ユーザーが画面消去を投票できます
- 一定数の投票により、自動的に画面がクリアされます

2. **自動クリア機能**
- 一定の描き込み量と時間経過で、自動的に画面がクリアされます

3. **通報機能**
- 不適切な描画を発見した場合、通報ボタンから報告できます
- 通報内容は運営者が確認し、適切な措置を講じます

4. **管理者による監視**
- 運営者が定期的にコンテンツを監視します
- 不適切な描画は即座に削除されます

## 4. 違反時の措置

### 4.1 利用制限

本規約に違反した場合、運営者は以下の措置を講じることがあります：

1. 警告の通知
2. 一時的な利用停止
3. 永久的な利用停止（アクセス禁止）
4. 法的措置の検討

### 4.2 アクセス禁止

以下の場合、事前の通知なくアクセスを禁止することがあります：

- 重大な規約違反が確認された場合
- 繰り返し規約違反を行った場合
- 他のユーザーに深刻な被害を与えた場合
- 法令違反が疑われる場合

アクセス禁止は、IPアドレス、デバイス情報等に基づいて実施されます。

## 5. 免責事項

### 5.1 サービスの提供

- 当アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます
- サービスの中断、終了、変更について、運営者は責任を負いません
- 運営者は、事前の通知なくサービス内容を変更または終了できます

### 5.2 コンテンツの正確性

- ニュース等の情報は、正確性を保証するものではありません
- 情報の利用により生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません

### 5.3 ユーザー生成コンテンツ

- お絵描き機能等で作成されたコンテンツは、ユーザーの責任において作成されます
- 他のユーザーが作成したコンテンツについて、運営者は責任を負いません
- ただし、不適切なコンテンツを発見した場合は、速やかに対応します

### 5.4 損害賠償の制限

当アプリの利用により生じた損害について、運営者は以下の責任を負いません：

- データの消失、破損
- デバイスの故障
- 第三者との紛争
- その他の間接的、派生的な損害

## 6. 知的財産権

### 6.1 アプリの権利

当アプリに関する著作権、商標権等の知的財産権は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。

### 6.2 ユーザーコンテンツの権利

- お絵描き機能で作成されたコンテンツの著作権は、作成者に帰属します
- ただし、運営者は、サービス運営のために必要な範囲で、コンテンツを使用できるものとします

## 7. 規約の変更

運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、当アプリ内で通知した時点で効力を生じます。変更後も当アプリを継続して利用する場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

## 8. 準拠法および管轄裁判所

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本規約に関する紛争については、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

## 3. Guidelines for Using the Network Drawing Function

### 3.1 About the Drawing Function

The network drawing function allows multiple users to freely draw on a shared canvas. Please adhere to the following guidelines when using this function.

### 3.2 Prohibited Drawing Content

The following content is prohibited:

• Drawings that violate public order and morals
• Content containing offensive language or discriminatory expressions
• Content containing personal information
• Content containing sexual expressions
• Content that promotes illegal activities
• Content for commercial or advertising purposes
• Drawings that cause discomfort to other users
• Actions that interfere with other users' use, such as filling in the entire canvas
• Other content that the administrators deem inappropriate

### 3.3 Safety Measures for the Drawing Function

This app implements the following measures to maintain a safe user environment:

1. **User Voting Function**
- Users can vote to have inappropriate drawings cleared from the screen
- The screen will be automatically cleared once a certain number of votes are received

2. **Automatic Clear Function**
- The screen will be automatically cleared after a certain amount of drawing and after a certain amount of time has passed

3. **Reporting Function**
- If you find inappropriate drawings, you can report them using the report button
- The administrator will review the report and take appropriate action.

4. **Administrator Monitoring**
- The administrator will regularly monitor the content.
- Inappropriate content will be immediately removed.

## 4. Actions Taken in Case of Violation

### 4.1 Restrictions on Use

If you violate these Terms of Service, the administrator may take the following actions:

1. Warning Notice
2. Temporary Suspension of Use
3. Permanent Suspension of Use (Access Ban)
4. Consideration of Legal Action

### 4.2 Access Ban

Access may be banned without prior notice in the following cases:

- If a serious violation of the Terms of Service is confirmed
- If the Terms of Service are repeatedly violated
- If serious harm is caused to other users
- If a violation of laws and regulations is suspected

Access bans will be implemented based on IP address, device information, etc.

## 5. Disclaimer
